C\u2019est une pratique datant de bien longtemps. En effet les premi\u00e8res enqu\u00eates de satisfaction ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s par des industriels am\u00e9ricains apr\u00e8s la 2\u00e8me guerre mondiale pour am\u00e9liorer la morale des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 70\u2019 les choses ont un peu \u00e9volu\u00e9s et on a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mesurer la satisfaction, et dans les ann\u00e9es 80\u2019, 90\u2019 le degr\u00e9 d\u2019implication, pour finalement parler d\u2019engagement en 2000\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ces enqu\u00eates annuelles sont elles efficaces? Mesurent elles vraiment ce qu\u2019elles promettent? Pas toujours, et les raisons sont multiples. D\u00e9j\u00e0 la plupart des personnes que j\u2019interview ont une opinion mitig\u00e9e sur cette proc\u00e9dure. Ils voient \u00e7a comme une simple formalit\u00e9 \u00e0 remplir, juste une autre t\u00e2che bureaucratique. Est-ce une perception mal fond\u00e9e ou y a-t-il une raison valide dans laquelle l\u2019employeur a sa part de responsabilit\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour qu\u2019un sondage soit efficace il faut d\u2019abord que les salari\u00e9s se sentent en confiance. Il faut qu\u2019ils soient libres d\u2019exprimer leur opinion, donc l\u2019anonymat<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>et la confidentialit\u00e9 sont primordiales. Hors les m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es actuellement ne sont pas suffisantes pour les garantir. Et pour cause les sondages se font en interne et sont administr\u00e9s directement par l\u2019employeur ce qui peut mettre mal \u00e0 l\u2019aise certains collaborateurs soucieux de s\u2019exprimer ouvertement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autre part le nombre de questions pos\u00e9es durant ces sondages est souvent trop \u00e9lev\u00e9. Il faut au moins une heure pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 50 \u00e0 60 questions, et plus le nombre est grand plus on a tendance \u00e0 \u201cb\u00e2cler\u201d les r\u00e9ponses, ce qui conduit \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat qui ne refl\u00e8te pas n\u00e9cessairement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. En 2016 un chercheur Am\u00e9ricain du nom&nbsp;<em>Daniel Stephen Allen<\/em>&nbsp;a trouv\u00e9 que les sondages courts affectent directement les taux de r\u00e9ponse et la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalement, le manque de suivi n\u2019encourage pas non plus une participation active. Il faut que les sond\u00e9s soient convaincues que leurs feedback servira \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions de travail. Hors la plupart du temps les enqu\u00eates ne sont utilis\u00e9es que pour obtenir un chiffre sur le taux de satisfaction. Il faut tout de m\u00eame avouer que les outils utilis\u00e9s actuellement ne permettent pas de traiter ces retours de feedback d\u2019une mani\u00e8re rapide ce qui ne facilite pas la t\u00e2che des RH et dirigeants \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les besoins des collaborateurs syst\u00e9matiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abLes entreprises sont devenues tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9tentes pour g\u00e9rer des enqu\u00eates et collecter les r\u00e9actions des collaborateurs. En plus les prises d\u2019actions serviront comme motivation aux sond\u00e9s pour les prochains sondages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire face au probl\u00e8me de l\u2019anonymat, de nombreuses entreprises ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser des services en externe qui ne pr\u00e9sentent aucun conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat tout en garantissant l\u2019anonymat. Aujourd\u2019hui il existe&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.positeams.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des plateformes online disponibles en SAAS<\/a>&nbsp;permettant de g\u00e9rer les sondages d\u2019entreprise et offrent m\u00eame des outils capables de mesurer (en temps r\u00e9el)&nbsp;et am\u00e9liorer l\u2019engagement, ainsi que traiter et classifier les commentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pour soulager la lourdeur du poids des questions, un nouveau type de sondages appel\u00e9 \u201cPulse Survey\u201d est de plus en plus utilis\u00e9.
